Выбирал навигацию. По начинке было требование ARm11 и WinCE6. Никакие Arm9 и WinCE5 не катили.
Выкладываю переписку с тремя вендорами с Алибабы. Сам заказал первый вариант.
С учетом конвертаций получилось 15430руб.

Варианты с AliExpress дороже примерно на 50-70$$.
